        It says next day day click and collect, however took them 2 days as a result of my call to customer service and rate on Trustpilot/escalation process.

        Visited on two occasions recently to buy some vitamins but left both times without them as the staff members are too slow and seem to deliberately take their time. Not really a big deal as one can also buy vitamins from Superdrug which is next door :-)

        First time ordering an online product from H&B, got into the shop, collect the item, not knowing the procedures I stand by the counter and the staff wasnt super helpful or nice at all. Asking me to pay when I paid online and assuming I know how it works, making stories in front of other people! Very bad experience overall as I wasnt feeling good. Please train up your staff on customer service!!!
