I went in in desperate need of a toilet as no place around was open. There was a young man and an old woman with glasses behind the counter. I really kindly asked if there was any chance I could use the toilet as I was about to wet myself. The woman with her arms crossed answered "this is a surgery, not a public toilet. Are you registered here?" I could not believe it.. I wasn't registered there but asked again kindly as i couldn't hold it any longer. She refused and said it's nearly their lunch time anyway. So i couldn't use the toilet because she was about to eat? I had to run out and found an indian restaurant across just opening. They kindly let me use their loo. If that woman was a supervisor or something, she needs to go to a people skills training, have some empathy and not show this example to other staff members. Probably she was bullied at school and now love to play boss and say no to everyone. I hope she will be in my shoes next time and feel how i felt. I also hope she reads my review and notes, everybody hates this kind of people... Everybody.
