Javed was one of the most knowledgeable and professional guys Ive ever spoken to.
He was efficient in his delivery of reinstating our one drive and 365 services optimisation.
This was followed up by his team supervisor after completion, checking everything was ok before they closed out the ticket and asking if there was anything more they could do for us.
I would have given 6 stars if I could and would thoroughly recommend anyone who needs IT support to contact them swiftly as the team are exceptional.
