Definitely worth it's money. We played "The Butcher". It was not too hard or too easy. They say it has about 50/50 success rate. It was well organized and not too overkill with effects.

Both Nick and Harry were welcoming and helpful, top notch customer service. This was our first escape room experience and didnt realise it was a hard level. We actually made it out with a few helpful clues. We took our teenager (15yrs) and she loved it. All in all a great day out for the family. 5 stars.

Wasn't sure what to expect as it was 1st time doing an escape room and a little bit nervous but the staff were great at explaining and catering the difficulty to suit our needs. We found it very enjoyable and a great introduction to escape rooms! Thank you so much

we had a fantastic time in " The Haunted Toy Store (ALDGATE)" & and the staff was really helpful and accommodating! definitely a place to recommend!!
