Absolutely amazing experience with Capital Heights. Our agent Sam was very efficient when we were struggling to find a flat due to the limited properties available. However within a month Sam had found an amazing flat which we now love. Super good communication and overall the most pleasant, easy experience Ive had with an estate agent, couldnt recommend Capital Heights enough!!

I had the pleasure of staying in a flat managed by Capital Heights Estate agents after having some bad experiences with other London real estate agencies. I ended up staying in the flat for over four years and can honestly say that the service provided by Capital Heights was nothing short of spactacular. If there was any problem, they would urgently achknowledge the email and resolve the problem, they were extremely fair throughout my tenancy and I felt very safe and looked after. Could not reccomend Capital Heights enough to anyone who would like a hassle free, safe and enjoyable estate experience in London

Weve just started our tenancy, but so far the staff at CH have been a pleasure to deal with. Ideally I would like to be able to give 4.5 stars with half a star being deducted as our move in as incoming tenants wasnt 100% smooth due to the outgoing tenants cleanliness, but the agents have done their best to rectify the issues promptly and have been very responsive throughout.
