I cannot recommend Three Sisters Care enough! The care and support they have provided to my family member have been exceptional. From the first phone call, I was impressed by their professionalism and kindness. The carers are incredibly compassionate, attentive and go above and beyond to provide quality care. They take the time to listen, understand individual needs and ensure that their clients feel valued and respected. The management team is also fantastic. They are always available to answer any questions and provide support. They genuinely care about their clients and it shows in the exceptional level of care provided. Overall, Three Sisters Care is a wonderful care company that truly puts their clients' needs first. I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking high-quality care and support. Thank you, Three Sisters Care, for all that you do!

As the daughter of a service user at Three Sisters Care, I am overjoyed to share my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care and compassion that my parent has received. The team at Three Sisters Care has truly gone above and beyond to ensure my parent's well-being and comfort, and I am incredibly grateful for their unwavering commitment to providing top-notch care. One aspect that particularly impressed me was the thorough and in-depth assessment process that Three Sisters Care conducted before commencing care for my parent. The assessment was comprehensive and meticulous, covering all aspects of my parent's physical, emotional, and social needs. The team took the time to listen to my parent's preferences and concerns, and they crafted a personalised care plan that was tailored to my parent's unique requirements. It gave me peace of mind knowing that my parent's care was based on a thorough understanding of their individual needs. Thank you Three Sisters Care!

Do not use! Care quality commission (cqc) rated as needs improvement. That is a major under statement. Carers can sign in and leave when they want, an hours call is done in 10 mins saying. Care support and domestic help is almost non existent. Carers have a list of things they cant do and have left my grandmother mid bathing. For the money that is being paid to this company its disgusting that this is allowed to continue. Total scam to the system. Management support this behaviour and have been told that carers are struggling with time management. Yet they are quick to run in the house sign in without a hello and then leave as and when they wish with no record. I had checked my cctv cameras and am appalled that this has been going on for months. Shame on companies like this. Your family member are just a figure and a paycheck. Looks elsewhere and avoid this place. P.s please dont bother replying with an apology and excuse. Ive spoken to almost every person in that office and have been given the same run around speech.

Its a shame I have to give a minimum of 1 star as this agency doesnt even deserve that!!! My father moved into borough of Redbridge 5 months ago and Three sisters is the agency allocated by the council. I have had more issues/complaints in the last 5 months with this agency that i did for 18 months with his previous care agency, Caronne care in barking who were a lot better. Shame they dont cover ilford. Since using 3 sisters there have been constant issues from incorrect billing, issues with carers and terrible service from their management who just dont seem to care. I have several times spoken to their care manager Forina Begum. Firstly they never return calls and emails. When they do, theres never really any remorse or genuine apology for their mistakes. They do not care about their elderly or vulnerable clients. After complaining that my father had 5 different carers in 7 days without any call to advise me. I was assured that this would not happen again and he would have a permanent carer. Disappointingly this week he has had 6 different carers in 6 days!!! Not sure how anyone think thats acceptable for a pensioner and not to notify the family there would be strangers in and out. Whist the carers themselves are generally nice. This agency seems to have a staff who are extremely young and whilst well meaning they are Pretty inefficient. I will be contacting Redbridge immediately to see what acceptable standards they expect from their care agencies. Having dealt with others over the last 2/3 years, Three sisters are the worse care agency Ive dealt with. I have no confidence in the care manager and believe theres a lack of communication in the whole company which probably accounts for the unreliability and poor service. What your told is not what actually happens. I have dealt with Nayim once before. Now, after checking companies house I realise is one of the 3 directors - Directors, please have a good look at what is happening day to day in your company!! Looking at the Google reviews Im very dubious of the 5 star reviews. After looking at the profiles of the 5 star reviews, theres a theme, seems like most of the 5 star ones are staff and associates. Take a good look at the profiles!! PLEASE READ THEIR CQC REPORT - RATED REQUIRES IMPROVEMENT. Thats an understatement. I appreciate that no agency will be perfect and social care providers are stretched however Three Sisters do not demonstrate the values or behaviours that I would expect having dealt with other care service providers in the past. I am sure there will be the typical management response to this review defending the agency and asking that I contact to discuss. Problem is I have done nothing but been in discussions with with various people at Three sisters each time theres an issue and nothing changes.
