Their employees emailed me stating I would receive my deposit within the next 2 weeks due to the built up of deposits to be returned because of Covid back in July. I called them 3 weeks later requesting more information as I wanted to ensure I would receive my deposit back, to which an employee responded to me with - You should seek small court claims for your deposit back as my boss is not responding to any emails. I am ready to take this company to court to see my money back, especially considering the fact I was in a house with 4 other people and was the only one paying rent during the months the government allowed people to not pay rent and made it illegal for landlords to kick them out. Appalling customer service, on my second night in the flat, the plug in the room caught fire without me even using that particular plug, because the owner of this company was charging his electric car straight from the kitchen, with a cable dangerously hanging through the ceiling of the bathroom on ground floor.
