        Store is really nice but there was 5 staff 3 customers and the staff couldnt help with the products. I asked for advice and they had no answers its not like its primark

        I purchased a product today from Ordinary. With a purchase people were getting a little gift (room scent). When I paid at the till, I wasnt offered anything. The person right behind me in the queue did despite me spending twice as much. When I asked if I could also get one she said they had none left. Im still confused why I didnt get any, whilst others did.
