The food is decent but the portions are tiny especially for the price you pay. I just received my usual "build your own bowl" order today and it was literally half the normal portion.
One of the main problems we have with this shop is they always manage to get our orders wrong. A few of times, our order was delayed but the worst time was when our order was two hours late and 4 orders out of the 6 were totally wrong.
Given that they always seem to be understaffed during lunchtime, I find this shop to be more of hassle than anything else.
