We were deceived on the look of the place and the technology brought with it as the food came an odd smell appeared smelling like urine and tasted off coming from the barbecue wings the worst morleys ever been to ever and the kids meal chicken popcorn had no seasoning and was just fried batter as i asked for a refund i was denied and im disgusted by the customer service and for the staff to allow this to happen. To make it worse as my friend picks up a chip there is weird dirt looking crumbs in it. save urself whilst u can and dont go to this morleys waste of money and time. Kid-friendliness: not safe for kid consumption

Extremely bad service after me getting food from here for 3 years. The staff refused to add sauce to my chicken wrap and had no reason to explain why. I have a disability and can not use the machines but was forced to use this because they want cash. The staff argued with me for the 25 mins I was waiting. He was very defensive and argued and argued but still there was no explanation as to why he cant add sauce to my wrap. This is disgusting and should be addressed as the customer comes first and we pay soo much for food what difference would a small Amount of sauce make. I am disappointed with the disgusting service received.
