    We had used Equi Finance before while other mortgage lenders rejected our application. We have just used Equi Finance again to obtain a second loan through our broker recommendation. Equi Finance (despite other people's reviews) have always helped us especially NOW, during lots of uncertainty in the financial markets. We thank you for helping us again.     A new client with this company trying to get something sorted - it seems that customer services dont know the meaning of the words customer and service but resort to blaming everyone but themselves for stopping to listen to the customer who is repeatedly worried about funds still not allocated to the accounts after 2 weeks. Customer - Repeatedly, since errors were spotted calling to try and get it sorted with the correct info and pointing out their own mistakes in subsequent emails and high have been ignored and the incorrect info purely concentrated on and referred to - at which point will customer services actually pull themselves into action to sort the customer issue for them by liaising with the dispersing agent as the client had requested constantly for them to do so ! Avoid if you can - far from satisfied with lack of customer services
