        Just bought a lovely and well made "Toggle Double Pannier" . It looks really smart. Had a hic-up with PayPal that the Support Dept helped me quickly sort out. The Pannier arrived very quickly after placing the order.

        Poor quality. I purchased a Gingersnap 12" Wheel 1 for my daughter's third birthday. Upon arrival, screws are missing along with a damaged mudguard. A replacement was sent and that is also damaged and the screw to attach the mudguard is still missing. I will never purchase from this company again.

        What an amazing service! I bought this bike for my daughter and the quality is fantastic value for money! At checkout I accidentally selected the wrong size bike (16" wheel instead of 20"). I emailed for assistance to change the order and was responded to within hours. Laura from Bobbin couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful if she tried. Absolute credit to the company and dealt with my ''self made'' issue promptly and hassle free. Bike arrived the next day, my wrong order collected the next. Fantastic service and amazing customer service
