DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It is an illegal operation that steals electronics from customers. Masum took my laptop when I took it in for a HDD upgrade on 17 Febrary. He quoted a three day turnaround and took 200 upfront. Since then, the shop has been closed, he has ceased all communication bar the occasional text, claiming to be open when he is not. It is now 28 April, and I have wasted a cumulative 20 hours travelling to and from the closed store to try to retrieve my laptop, which I need for work. Other reviewers including Samuel, Carlos, Michael and others have all experienced the same thing and I am submitting a crime report to the metropolitan police to investigate Masum on our behalf. I will also be issuing a winding up petition through trading standards body to ensure the illegal operation is liquidated and people's stolen goods are returned. If anyone else has fallen victim to this operation, please get in touch and I will include you in the police report.

I have been going to Techxpert for 2 years now. The boss is awesome. And he really cares. I've now had a MacBook pro since 2014 and he has changed the hard drive, given me more disk space,, cleaned up the machine and put on the desktop I need for work that allows me to do video editing etc thanks to a device that's REPAIRED. I also bought a smaller laptop and he gave me a great price. It's rare these days to find this quality of service and honesty so it's refreshing. Local businesses are the best!! Thanks again and will definitely keep going.

The fact that Mas decided to respond is desperate. I will happily stand by everything i have said until he refunds me the money he owes me. It's not libel if its 100% true and provable. He is a thief and do not give him business. I gave him over a year to make things right with me. I'm just annoyed now. @Mas - i just sent you a whats app to remind you who i am. you will see in the thread the bank details and amounts that are in question. ----------------------------------------------- The owner Mas is a complete crook. I had a broken laptop and he charged me 250 to order a replacement part. After waiting over 9 months, he claimed they shipped the wrong part and he sent the part back. I reclaimed my laptop and he agreed to a refund. He never sent the refund despite me coming back to his shop on several occasions to protest. The most annoying part is that I then took my laptop to Curry's and it was fixed after 2 days for a cost of 60. I am writing this review on said laptop.

Best computer repair and maintenance store in London. The owner is a lovely human being, super helpful and fair with his prices. Also very honest and committed. Been going there for 2 years and super satisfied with how my devices run.
