        Never been treated so poorly by staff before in my life, ignorant and lazy. Glad they're shutting down, so many other stores out there that deserve the recognition these guys are hoarding.

        I had a puncture previously and had it fixed at Ladywell Village Cycles SE13, big mistake. They ordered an inserted the wrong inner tube which then rubbed the inside of my tyre and ripped it. Costing me considerably. So I took my pure electric E scooter where I should have took it in the first place to Pure electric where they done a fine job.

        Really nice customer service. I needed an urgent replacement and the guys managed to sort something out really quickly and they were really helpful to find a quick solution. Definitely recommend and a person thanks to Julia and Justin
