        Went to Spitalfield branch three weeks ago, James was so helpful and warm to my twin girls. He spoke fluent Mandarin and made me feel so welcome. He made our day ! Really enjoyed the experience ! He is definitely a great salesman

        Went to Spitalfield Market the other day and went into Jo Malone. Received the best service by staff named James. We have tried quite a few different fragrant and in the end got the perfect gifts for my friends. It is a very good shopping experience.

        It was an amazing shopping experience! I went there with my friends last week and James introduced some fragrances to us and we all got what we love! He can speak Mandarin fluently and we all enjoy talking with him! And there was another sales named li who is from Taiwan and he is also really nice!
