After owning for 3 years the poor build quality is now starting to show. The development is tightly packed and a good example of modern builders push for profit rather that the quality of life approach to living on a new estate. Part of the Belway group the "Ashberry" tag does not get you a better build or a better price. The fixtures and fittings do not reflect the asking price. Once the shine has gone from the "New" build feeling the cracks literally do start to appear. Plot sizes are small for 4 and 5 beds and once the family starts to grow up you can see the issue on over crowding the estate will have in the upcoming years.

Great place to live it is a great development a mix of rural surroundings and the hustle of modern life. A decent co-op on Brooklime way with well stocked shelves and a customer toilet too. There is a play area and a new primary school being built too. A superb river walk with ample benches to sit ponds with the swans and open countryside views for miles. The development is still under construction but you can see the whole area has been well thought out by the developers. Only one slight downside of the area is the lack of street signs and the street lighting is sparse and not very powerful. Otherwise this development is in a prime location with ample features for a very nice comfortable lifestyle. The homes are well built and affordable to most pockets.
