Love the development but as per normal the reception at the spa is extremely un accommodating with owners and guest paying a lot of money to stay here.
Maybe they need to be reminded the facility is not only for treatments, but also for swimming (all ages) a the gym as well.
Such a shame as the younger members of the team are very helpful, but the older members of staff are extremely rude and obviously find it irritating that guests and owner families want to use all the facilities.
