Last year a neighbour recommended James as a good and qualified person dedicated to Garden tools ,mowers with affordable prices......he just opened his new workshop at Ashby road, and indeed he seemed a nice person ,and quoted reasonable repair prices.......special for AOP person, i asked if i would also recommended as a 5 star enterprise Which i did...........i told other friends to visit James and buy or repair their garden equipment........the first few visits went well.......and made good sales.....but when things went wrong with the equipment, he did not want to know,, their own fault etc etc, when i came again for a repair job, quote sorry my friend i have 3 months waiting list... can,t help you, although this was a minor job (perhaps 15 min), he bluntly refused...... So James is not the same James when he started this business in the new location on Ashby road,,,, therefore i would not recommend him .......and i would stick to the old trusted company Tongs only 3 minutes walk away from James enterprise , frederik luikens

Honestly, this place is the bestJames was so helpful with a petrol strimmer that wouldnt start and, if it did, just cut out. He dropped everything, despite being flat out, as Id borrowed it. He diagnosed the problems, coil and rings - an uneconomical repair sadly but he advised me how to go about it myself if I wanted to. Not only that, my car wouldnt start when I was leaving and he got me going!! Friendly, super knowledgeable and more than reasonably priced-in fact he didnt charge me. Thank you, I cant recommend highly enough
