        We used Sills & Betteridge Solicitors to sell and buy property and cant stress enough how great they have been. Zoe and Kiera handled everything amazingly well, even when coming up against tricky situations and problematic people involved. Very reasonably priced, superb service, amazing communication. Cant ask for a better solicitor during a stressful house move! Thank you again. I cant recommend you enough!

        To anyone considering these solicitors to buy a house, avoid this company at all costs. Their extortionate fees for not completing a house sale and untimely manner of responding- or should I say not in my case, was a shambles. I must add the lack of professionalism when responding to emails. Disheartened with a service does not truly cut it. Just dire.

        I phoned up for a word of advice. There telephone manner is so poor, that I almost felt as if I was a criminal. Their Lincoln branch is highly professional but their Spilsby tin pot branch appears to be stuck in the dark ages.
