Pizza look as if it had been kicked up the street. Complained and after waiting for another hour I received the replacement Pizza. Ruined our little Saturday nite plan's thanks classic pizza

Ordered our food and got have the order to then be charged 10 more. Phoned to explain and the woman on the phone was disgraceful. She needed to just admit she had messed the order up like the delivery driver said instead of telling lies and blaming me! She needs a course on customer services!
