4 New Radiators supplied and installed, Jon gave very good information on what he was doing at all times prompt and professional also well mannered. Very clean and tidy job, Also provided full gaurentee on his work and the Radiators fitted.. Thank You, Ken & Jacqui Summers, NEWTON AYCLIFFE.

Jon is absolutely amazing and we can't recommend him highly enough. Had our new boiler (and Hive) installed today and he has exceeded our expectations by far. He was super knowledgeable, super professional, and he made the whole process so simple and stress free. We initially contacted him to fix our old, leaking boiler. Unfortunately, after discussing our options, we decided that it wasn't salvageable. We have, however, not once felt pressured into buying a new boiler. He explained our options clearly and objectively, and we were able to make an informed decision. On the installation day itself he was super punctual and worked hard to have our boiler installed within just a few hours. In the space of less than a week (and that's a time frame that was slightly prolonged by us, as we couldn't get time off work) we went from a leaking old unit to having a brand new boiler that was super professionally installed. We really cannot recommend him highly enough.
