        Apparently doctors appointments are only for unemployed people who have the luxury of being able to call for a appointment on the day, then wait around to go to it, not for working people who need to be able to organise their week like grown adults, with work, family and other commitments. Why bother having a receptionist may as well just have a sign saying "Go on line and book I can not help" good work on doing your self out of a job or at least a job with reduced hours! 0 Starts would be more accurate.

        Doctor was rude towards my wife when she answered questions in respect of my health as I was not able to communicate due to the after effects of an epileptic seizure. I also dropped a water sample off on the 14th July and the results are still not back at the surgery after 3 weeks.
