        Not only difficult opening times for full time workers but absolute joke of a service, the app is useless; I prefer other means of delivery providers.

        Card posted through letter box yet i was home! Dog is very vocal & not a peep? Not 1st time its happend either! Maybe if they did'nt strike they would take time to actually knock on peoples doors! I now have to take time off & loose wages just to pick up a letter!! Cheers Royal Mail!
