Ordered a blind 3 weeks ago. Fitter arrived today with a style of blind which wasn't what I ordered. Appalling customer service. Extremely arrogant, unapologetic and treated me as if it was my fault they messed up the order. I have agreed to a replacement as long as they can deliver in 7 days or I will be demanding my deposit back. Awful company. Would not recommend.

Had conservatory blinds fitted on 30th June which are nice. But disappointed as one of the blinds was made incorrectly at factory/warehouse. Still waiting for a replacement and have had to phone myself to find out when am going to get it fitted. Bit unhappy at no phone call from customer service/after sales person to apologise. When I called lady said I will chase it up for you but STILL not had a phone call with result of the "chasing up" comment and that was on 8th July. Very poor customer relations in my opinion considering how much money they were.

Went with Baileys as the guy who came out to measure was professional and I he gave me the cheapest quote, he told me 3 weeks for delivery and fitting, I waited 9 weeks, not once did baileys phone me to give me an update and every time I phoned no one knew what was going on. Eventually 9 out 10 of the blinds I ordered came and were fitted,but the next morning one fell down taking half the with it I phoned and someone came out and fixed it back up and then another fell down today, I'm waiting for someone to come out tomorrow. Terrible experience not with even 1 star

This company used to be fantastic, I suspect that was when they had their individual shops, as I have dealt with their Spennymoor branch in the past, which was always a pleasure. You now deal with head office in Glasgow. Four weeks ago, I ordered three Roman blinds, their representative advising me it would take two to three weeks. After three weeks had passed, having not heard anything, I chased up the order to be advised, it would be in the following Tuesday. Guess what, they still hadn't arrived in from the manufacturers, even then. Baileys chased them up yet again, only to be told I couldn't have the pulley chain system, originally requested, so after accepting a cord system, I was informed they would be in on Monday of next week, so I booked the fitting for the Wednesday. I have just had a call to say the blinds now, won't arrive until the week after next, so the two to three weeks, has gone to nearly six weeks. Needless to say, I have cancelled the order. What I find most offensive, is that Baileys didn't keep me informed of the initial delay, I only found out by chasing up the order. There was also a rather defensive attitude from Baileys, one of apology would have been preferable. Just blaming the problem on the manufacturer, I found a poor line of defence! My contract was with Baileys, not the manufacturer!! MY ADVICE AVOID!!
