Absolute joke. Definitely a part time pharmacy, today had no pharmacist. Had to pick up my script and take it to an NHS proper pharmacy. Thankfully i drive, I'm changing for sure.

Such a bad experience I was told to go to this chemist as my local store. I was the only customer in store and asked for an escript. This was in the too difficult box for the assistant, but instead of being polite she just walked off and muttered to her colleague sharing a joke about my presence. I dont usually mind but in a chemist where people go for help I would hope for better. Other customers came and went and Nicky had no interest in any customer i watched her serve and suspect she is the reason for most bad reviews on here! Really poor

I think this pharmacy is only still in business as it's the only one in the locale. Appalling customer service. I usually drive miles out of my way just so that I don't have to use it, but on the occasions where I do go there, each time I'm reminded why I usually don't bother. On this latest occasion, I was the only customer in the shop and was ignored by 3 people in the dispensing area. The first employee deliberately walked away from me at the counter when she must have known I was there, after about a minute of standing there being ignored (ie no acknowledgment) I said "Excuse me ..." and was ignored by all 3, then a second employee who was at a computer facing me walked to the back of the dispensary and started sharing her plans for improving the filing system with her colleagues, then came back to the computer again .... no acknowledgment of a customer standing there, but they knew I was there. So I said: "Hello ..." and she looked up and tutted as if I was being such a nuisance ... and I got the full Basil Fawlty treatment as she scorned me that she "was just in the middle of something." But I think the non-urgent filing system should be secondary to an actual living customer stood at the till waiting to be served! So please, Day Lewis, get your act together. Customer service is important in any public-facing business - and definitely ranks more highly than getting your filing sorted. I shall continue to avoid buying from you in the future and will let Day Lewis management know why. On a personal note, I felt really upset and invisible and angry as I drove away from your shop. Is that really how you want your customers to feel?
