Called the number and spoke to the man about re- tipping my new cue. I asked the price (10) and how long. He told me it's better to leave it with him for the day and to collect it the next day to avoid any mistakes and that he'd have way more time to do a good job. I came by the next day and to my surprise how awful he is at this. The tip was placed on incorrectly and scew. I could feel the brass ferrule edge as I slid my finger down it. You could easily see how bad the job was. I showed it to friend who use to be a semi pro player and he could see immediately how bad it is. I tried showing him how bad it was but he wouldn't listen saying that I need to sand it down more to get the shape. He tried sanding it more down but that won't help a scew tip and ended up sanding down the tip of my new cue. He did offer to retip the cue but I can't keep making the trip to his house when I've made the trip there and back twice already .After trying to show him his mistake he eventually told me he won't charge and closed the door and went back inside, quite rude. I feel he is a good guy but he just refuses to recognize his error. Pictures below and also compared to my other cue. The brighter blue tip is the tip he did for me
