        Everything seems to be fine, and the customer service team is mostly responsive. The only thing I am not 100% happy is the garden. Like many of my neighbours, the garden is not done properly - uneven surface, and poor levelling; you can't really walk comfortably on the lawn, and you also feel like walk up and then down a slope. TW has to redo the lawn for few of my neighbours.

        Nice new housing site still being developed all around...expect it to be spoilt in time by over developing and no infrastructure
