I found Ben to be a trustworthy, patient and warm counsellor. I felt safe to explore my issues at a pace I was comfortable with and didn't feel judged at any time. I would definitely recommend Ben as an effective and compassionate counsellor.

I worked with Kerry over many months. I found her to be kind, caring and compassionate. She gave me the space to explore my problems without having an agenda of her own - where I led she came alongside supporting me all the way. She was strong enough to hear things I would be worried to tell other people in my life. She encouraged me to work creatively when I was feeling stuck and had a ready sense of humour which I appreciated. Kerry helped me to find parts of myself that I thought I had lost forever. I got a lot out of seeing her.

Having been in regular therapy with a counsellor I am wary of someone new and was surprised by how comfortable I felt working with Ben. I was made to feel through his calm nature and gentle counselling at ease. Having Ben listen to me was an experience, I felt I was accepted for being myself. I didn't have to wear one of of my masks and act in front of him. I was given the opportunity to bring anything into the room to discuss. Respect is often given but rarely I accept and believe when people say things to me. Ben to me was genuine, warm and I felt cared for. D.M.C
