Ordered end of May, no items showing out of stock on the website. No out of stock warnings when I placed them in my basket, or when I placed the order. In fact the only point I discovered they didn't have stock of some of the items ordered was upon non-delivery and contacting them to chase the order. Items were to be re-stocked in a few weeks, but again no delivery. So the order was cancelled and a refund promised. That was 3 weeks ago, I'm still waiting for the refund, and still waiting for responses to my last 3 emails chasing the refund. Thankfully we were just at the stage of buying samples, very glad we hadn't committed to a large order. Based on my experience I'd advise anyone to steer clear as so far in my dealings this company can't even manage the basics of communication, let alone order fulfilment or refund when required.

Super company, products are second to none and the people who work there have really gone above and beyond! Packing is great, no breakages whatsoever - which is refreshing after dealing with several other glassware suppliers. Would highly recommend - Thanks again!

What a joke of a company. Chased them for a week to take my money no one got back. Decided to go to website of this company and order there in hope I could get what I wanted. Long story short, 3 weeks later get items, after chasing them constantly as to where my order was. They never once offered a refund or explained items not in stock. BE WARNED...they will take your money even if they don't have in stock despite having it for purchase online. Keep getting told they would call back with an update etc. Nothing. Only when items arrived 3 weeks later they have the cheek to call me and tell me items are coming and they included extra pots for inconvenience. Work on your customer service, don't list products you do not have in stock, and seriously get your act together. You lost a good customer, not my loss, yours, will go back to bluesky solutions who now have this in stock.

Excellent! The store answered all my questions fast. Shipping was also fast! I will definitely order again! Very pleased with my purchase.
