        Love this shop it's a really good shop polite staff

        Asked a store assistant where the black and white pepper had been moved to when the store was rearranged. They are not with the herbs or spices and no Allocated space for them to suggest they are bith out of stock. Her answer after showing us whole black peppercorns..and not being able to find white and black pepper on the store list ...was to say "its been discontinued as it mustn't be popular!" What she meant was I haven' t got a clue what the product is so i'll roll out the stock reply as they won't know any different! Not only did it show her ignorance, it was insulting she thought we were that stupid. Ring the head office and ask them as they may restock it, was her parting shot...why can't staff talk to their own managers to solve a query. Its their job not mine. I can go shop elsewhere...which i will do!
