Worst nursery I worked at.managers so unfair and some room leaders .blame the new staff for many mistakes . safeguarding not good

As a former nursery assistant working for an agency I can say with hand on my heart this was the best nursery I have been to and as an agency worker I went to a lot of nurserys all across Liverpool up to Southport, very caring staff, all the way up to management, great facilities, great kitchen, I highly recommend I wish I could say that about all the other nurseries Ive been to but unfortunately I cant safeguarding at some was not up to scratch thankfully a lot of them have been shutdown by Ofsted till they get their house in order!

Its taken me a while to post this but I had an awful experience with this nursery. My daughter attended for a 50 minute settling in session and when I collected her she was traumatised and had an injured nose, which they couldnt explain. Ive just come across a photo of it on my phone and realised how bad it was. She was only one year old. The guilt I feel for sending her will stay with me. I know they were understaffed when she went but they didnt explain that to me and didnt tell me the children were grouped together. I found them misleading and negligent and at the time didnt speak up. I obviously didnt end up sending her here. If you have a choice and this doesnt feel like the right place for your child. It isnt. Im sure others have a better experience but this was mine.

My daughter attends kiddy factory and absolutely loves it, I drop her into her room in the morning and she goes in so confidently to all the staff, who are so welcoming and clearly know my child well. My daughter is always happy playing when I come to collect her and sometimes doesn't want to come home! Thank you to all staff for making it so easy to leave my little girl at Kiddy Factory.
