I never like Riverside!! Neil Robinson I hate him so much cos Neil know Im single mother n have 2 kids only nice ask want bath he said no I have pay bathroom no bath just shower i feel so sorry my kids my daughter said me mummy I want bath relax when finish school she 13 year old oh well I think Riverside will lockdown I hope!! Hate it

Shockingly bad housing association, can wait almost 2 hours (on numerous occasions) for your call to be answered, then you wait weeks for appointments if they even attend but they're on your case quick should you be late with a payment, avoid!

If you have any choice whatsoever, do NOT work for Riversnide! If you are desperate for a job ensure you have a union and log EVERYTHING, because they will turn on you when the time suits. SLT are the most disingenuous bunch of sycophants I've come across in a long time! Be warned!

Been trying to phone. Repair had no heating or hot water. Am disabled person tryed all morning. To speak to some 1 as it is freezing. And need my heating hot water on

very poor service, left with water flooding for 17hrs, told i should claim on my insurance when the flood came from their vacant property not from my property, and nearly 4 months since the flood I still have only one working kitchen socket, still no sign of anyone attending to sort. Numerous emails to their insurance email (all blatantly ignored) floor has a lump following flood been looked at but when flooring person came nothing was done so it is still there. Looks like it will be needing to take legal action to get the repairs finished including replacing the mouldy kitchen and to actually get the insurance to replace the items lost due to their not answering the phone for over 10hrs (some emergency service line) just constant automatic voice saying your call is important (clearly not). I asked for the name of their insurers and was told to email but that gets not reply (their insurers are Marsh from london fyi) clearly totally lost customer focus when it used to be a great housing association but now one of the worst.
