Karen is an extremely nice person who immediately puts you at your ease. She is obviously highly professional, and spent a lot of time with me, patiently explaining the exercises she wants me to do, and also the reason for doing each one. By the time she left at the end of the consultation I had every confidence that I will soon have gained more strength in my knee and ankle, having suffered a fall and broken my leg. I have to wear a leg frame for several months and it is vital the leg is prepared for the eventual removal of the frame. I certainly would recommend Karen's professional services.

Total professionalism from start to finish.Karen is so knowledgable and supportive. Karens experience and expertise provides exercises for changing situations as physical abilities become more challenging.
