The Vineyard Hotel

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. Rooms were comfy, the spa is nice and they have excellent dining facilities on site especially for dinner. The customer service is top notch. New restaurant manager Joe and his team were exceptional and really looked after us. Nothing was too tall of an ask for them (especially Joe himself) and the service was personable and attentive. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a break away with high end food and wine choices.

This place is a dream. We had the Grand Suite and it was magnificent. We had a small inconvience that was handled impeccably by the staff and they made sure we are comfortable at every step. The pool and sauna are very nice, the restaurant was to die for. We had the tasting menu, the food was unbelievable and the wine was a dream. The staff were so friendly and nice, they made our evening even better.

We were just there for a business dinner, and the design, athetics and atmosphere of the hotel were impressive as was the service, but was underwhelmed by the food - especially with the steak that the chef just categorically refused to cook it the way I asked, because of my lack of appreciation of the culinary arts perhaps - and the staff were so attentive it verged on being a little disruptive, especially when you are hosting guests and being consistently interrupted.
