I went for a day spar as part of my mum's 60th birthday treat.. first of all this was cancelled by staff for a later date.. we where then told to arrive 30 minutes before our treatment 1:30, they where running late so we ended up just sat in a hallway for close to an hour an half in a dressing gown!!! NOT very relaxing at all. At no point did Any of the staff tell us we could go use the pool / get food etc. Nor was it explained to us until we was leaving we could turn up at any time and use the facilities concerning I paid to use the place for the DAY!. The staff giving treatment where great! The front desk on the other hand where awful. I would NOT RECOMMEND nor will I use again very disappointed for a birthday treat luckily we only booked for day use and treatments and not an over night stay

Stayed here a while back and it was a lovely comfortable rest in the well presented rooms. Great food and the service was excellent. Friendly staff. Great views outside especially if you love a round of golf. There is an indoor pool. And also a spa facility. Afternoon high tea is a must as the scones just melt in your mouth. Sandwiches are a real treat.
