Finally ! A genuine estate agent. You can really tell that this is a humble, family run business. A real genuine, friendly person to deal with. Also , unlike many estate agents I have dealt with, this agent listens to you, returns your calls and emails when they say they will and happy to be available on weekends! Highly recommended!!!!!!

What can I say? Michelle provided an amazing service in the sale of my property. It was so refreshing to have an agent who actually listens and do whatever it takes to make the selling experience perfect. Michelle never made me feel rushed or pressured, she held my hand throughout the process whilst always being friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Very impressed with the professionalism of Michele at Edward Estates. When I decided to put my house on the market, Michele came out to look at the house the next day. She valued the property and within a couple of days had organised for floor plans to be drawn up, obtained an EPC for the property and had produced some great photos. She accommodated viewers to see the house during the week, evenings and weekends and always contacted me straight after to let me know how it went and gave me feedback. When negotiating a price she achieved what I was looking for. Michele is very efficient and great at communicating. She provides a very customer oriented service so if you are thinking about putting your house on the market then I highly recommend that you speak with Michele before looking at the high street agents.
