He returned to the front Counter with the made up drink. And Announced Sorry weve run out of cream. ! Which I consider part of the frappe . The young man was still happy to charge the same amount until I mention the drink wasnt complete and I wasnt going to pay the full amount !!! He then decided to reduce the price . !!!
What a very disappointing visit
There was no sorry or interest in his work ! Retraining in customer service on how to meet and greet people . Plus it wouldve been better to make the customer aware not all the ingredients were available to make that drink before he made the drink . Being aware of your stock levels .
