Purchased a car from EMG Spalding, Darren Davy was very helpful, always happy to reply to emails and keep you informed. No hard sell or pushy upgrades. He even allowed an outside company to come along and fit dual controls while car was being prepared for collection. 10/10

I would not recommend this company I've just driven 180 miles round trip to view a car which was not as described, I asked for an honest appraisal on the condition of the car before coming down to view it, which was provided or so I thought, they showed me everything except a dint and a deep scratch in the bonnet, I asked for it to be either repaired or the car discounted (cost shared) which they flatly refused, all that was offered was a tank of fuel, the manager even said he couldn't even see it initially, absolute joke. Thanks for not being honest and showing me the dint to start with, it would have saved me a 180 mile journey as wouldn't even come down had I known about it. So it appears all car dealers are alike after all. Well certainly this one is at least. Shaun Hague

EMG Motor Group Spalding is, in my opinion, a quality and trustworthy garage. I have had bad experiences in the past at other garages (particularly one just down the road from EMG) but thankfully I have never had any problems here. I trust them implicitly. The customer service people are particularly fantastic. They will certainly keep my business.

My husband and I bought a kia from EMG Spalding which I saw on a website. Darren Davy was a very nice & down to earth guy who was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process, nothing was a problem. We live in Scotland and have never bought a car so far away before, so Darren sent me a video of the inside and outside of the car, so I could see the condition up close for myself. He kept me updated and answered any questions I may have had promptly which put my mind at ease. He serviced the car for us and filled the tank up with fuel for our long journey home. We would definitely recommend EMG Spalding and Darren to our family and friends. We absolutely love our car and hope to have it for many years to come.
