So easy to buy and get help with purchases. The people working there are fabulous, really go out their way to help with anything and very friendly. Everything is having a make over, so should be even better shortly

Poor Customer service. Walked in looking for a new pair of riding boots and when i asked a member of staff for help I was told to go and look for yourself. The 3 women working there were sat gossiping, not very willing to help. Very limited stock as well. Needless to say I walked away empty handed.
