        We went to collect an Amazon parcel today and the lad who served us who looked about 15 said we couldnt have it as he had lost the scanner Offered to leave box with barcode on but blankly refused Its not our fault they had lost there equipment Gave them a try after very poor service before makeover Never use again !!!

        Unfortunately still completely unreliable. Walked up to post an important document and there was nobody available at the post office counter. Spar staff are friendly enough but couldnt say when the person manning the counter would be back. Back to driving to Surfleet or Spalding again.

        Very rude people, on many occasions! Also refuse to provide proof of post for an amazon return package. Serve shop customers ahead of the post office queue, when you were there before the shop customer. Understaffing (one person usually between PO and shop), saving them money, costing PO customers time spent in a long queue. Rudely tell you where you can stand and make you wait outside (in the PO queue) while they restock shelves in the shop.
