        Absolutely diabolical! Staff have no idea what they are doing. They are more of a risk to our health than anything. Same medication every 2 weeks for 4 years! (oh, we don't keep that in stock) Would be better off replacing the pharmacy with an ice cream stall! Lloyds management, please please do a spot check on this awful place.

        What a shambles! I made my first order with Lloyds online and in due course received an email confirming delivery to my local Lloyds in Sainsburys. I made a specific journey to collect only to be told it wasn't there. Two days later we made the same journey with the same outcome. So on Monday I rang customer services and spoke to a really helpful young man who apologised and reordered the items and said he'd arranged express next day delivery. Today I rang again and spoke to another helpful young lady. It seems he must have 'selected store delivery again in error'. So it should be there tomorrow.....another journey. I'm not holding my breath. My first online delivery is most definitely my last.

        Shows as the late night pharmacy in Spalding but when I got there, no pharmacist so not able to get anything. Had I known I'd have gone to Boston Asda to start with!!!
