From the very first visit from Premier Property Management Ltd we were very impressed with their expertise .Having Rats in your property is a freighting experience, but we were put at ease with the efficient way that PPM went about their business. They got to work very quickly and in under a month we were Rat free . We contacted this company regarding a possible rat infestation in my Father-in-laws bungalow. They responded quickly and arranged a time which was promptly kept. A very thorough inspection revealed that we did not have a problem and advice was given to help us going forward. There was no call out fee or fee for the survey although the inspection was thorough and took over 40 minutes. The inspector found the problem, showed me and offered a plan of action which I could do myself or get the company to do for a small fee. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend to anyone else who suspect a pest problem. Service: General pest inspection
