        Opening times on store window says open at weekend inc 10-4 Sundays, however this is not correct. Closed during the hours most people would want to use their services.

        I had an appointment with Specsavers Spalding and they waited until I went into the store and said it was cancelled. So I went to vision express across the road. I am so pleased I did. They slotted me in for an eye test even though they didn't have a free appointment. The staff where friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I know have a pair of glasses which I needed and as I work on ambulances I was impressed that they do discounts for blue light card too. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond and I will be having my future eye tests with vision express and not the other optitions mentioned . Thank you to the staff at the store .

        staff very efficient and polite. during the eye test everything is explained. my new glases were ready in 3 days. i never go anywhere else. would definitely recommend.
