Had my iPhone screen replaced. The display colour and contrast I noticed instantly wasnt right. After using it, the touch screen response was terrible and the pressure sensitivty no longer worked. Took it back a week later and had the screen replaced again - thankfully foc. The colour and contrast was better and the pressure sensitivity worked now and again, but response still wasnt great and it kept freezing. Went back again and was told its a software issue (how? I dont know) if they were to replace it again, I would have to pay again (but out of good will, would charge 60 instead of 80) Decided against it. Then saw the reviews on here, basically people having exactly the same problems as me. Took phone elsewhere, had it replaced again (95 for a genuine screen, lifetime warranty and also another replacement if I cracked the glass again) straight away, colour and contrast perfect again and 3 weeks of use since, never frozen again, responds every time and pressure sensitivity working perfectly again. So obviously not a software issue. Went back to Phone Trader, they told me they use low quality screens (which turn out to be 20 off Ebay) and they werent prepared to offer any kind of solution because I took it else where. Wouldnt recommend at all.
