Throughout the process we only had one contact point, which worked very well, calls were always answered or returned quickly and the same with emails. Our agent was very knowledgeable and gave very good advice, he was regularly chasing the solicitors on both sides so that he was aware of any road blocks in the conveyancing process. A very professional service in total.
