        Very disappointed in any way possible ! We have booked an appointment, however on arrival weve been informed that our appointment has been cancelled and no one bothered to inform us. We were offered a another appointment in a few days time, yet again on arrival weve been told the same thing! Cancelled ! After explaining that weve traveled quite far to get here and this is now second time in a row, the receptionist offered us to sit around and wait to see if the dentist could take us in, there was no time frame and funny enough the actual appointment time has been given to somebody else ! Weve asked why and couldnt get an answer. Fuming is beyond words ! All the receptionist could say was that the patients names are very similar and she gets confused!
