        The worst consumer experience I have ever encountered! Contacted for a repair to a MacBook Pro screen to be replaced with a second hand part. Dropped off the laptop and that was the last time I saw it for 3 months. Excuse after excuse - refused to communicate - ended up having to threaten legal action to regain my property. When I did finally get the laptop back it now has a broken speaker as well. Im still waiting for a refund of 245 but Ive handed that problem into my credit card company now ! Never once got an apology it was always another excuse. Do yourself a favour dont use this company - Id have given it -5 if I could.

        Really poor service - simple screen replacement bodged and the new screen then did the same fault as before because he has reused the same screen. Do research on this company before using !
