        They almost never respond to emails (despite chasing regularly), rarely pick up the phone, only carry out their tasks at the very last minute and certainly don't keep you updated with anything they are supposed to be doing for you. They cause us so much stress and wasted time / effort in chasing them repeatedly - It has been a truly awful experience.
