Since I started playing football I used to get cramps on my calfs around 60 minutes into a game, I went to see Tilly and followed exercise plan which has helped build muscle and I can now last 90 minutes. Very professional and knows what she is talking about

I was nervous about seeing a physio before coming to Tilly as Id never needed one before but right off the bat she put me at ease with her professional but friendly nature. Tilly will do everything she can to help you reach your recovery goals whilst also being realistic about your outcomes. I have been working with her since august last year after a double ankle fracture and in our last session just this week i was cleared to return to sport, and with Tillys guidance over the last 5 or so months I feel enough confidence in myself and my recovery to get back to it. I would not hesitate to recommend Tilly so anyone who is in need of sports therapy/physio as she is really great at what she does :)

I went to see Tilly at SST to help me overcome a dislocated collarbone injury incurred in a cycling accident that was not going to be fixed by an operation. After appraising my injury and conducting various test she devised a programme of exercises that very soon had a positive impact on both my strength and range of movement. Im now just about as good as new and my expectations have been exceeded in every way. Highly recommended!

I ve used this young lady on numerous occasions now and her standards are always impeccably high,from the minute you walk through the door,Tilly puts you at total ease,proper little diamond set deep in the heart of rural Lincolnshire.
