They initially accused me of buying the wrong thing and damaging it myself, the suggestion being I did this on purpose.
They then refused to refund me unless I paid for return shipping, leaving me out of pocket by some margin. They instead attempted to get me to accept a partial refund which was less than a third of the monies paid to them.
I have still not resolved this dispute with them, and I would very much recommend that anyone considering doing business with to think again.
